Volunteer Profile

To access your unique volunteering profile, please search for your registered identifier (Preferred Name / Username / JET ID) using the search function in the upper right corner of the website.

Please note: 

• If you have not yet registered, you will need to this first via the Registration Page. Once registered it normally takes between 24-48 hours for your profile to be created.

• It can take some time for recently logged hours to show on your profile. Volunteering hours normally visualise within 5 minutes of being logged, however this process may take longer if the site is very busy. 

• During the early stages of processing, data may display incorrectly. Please be patient.

• While you may see search results for other participants, you will only be able to view the data related to your own profile.
